1) the sign board of the hotel is so small till cannot be seen by first time visitor to taipei. 2) No daily cleaning of the room even i requested and put the sign board. 3) Unable to provide request like transportation to airport. 继续

The room is totally different from picture. Room located at 4 floor ! No key just numbers! First set number for ground floor to enter! Second set at second floor 1234 written next to door! 3rd set is to enter your room! Drink machine is outside the room ! Fridge is in toilet no chair and space to sit! One air cleaner in room believe it’s a smoking room! Clothes hang behind door! You can hear people footsteps when they walk pass! Wooden floor so you can hear people step on floor and door Closed ! 西門町駅や台北駅地下街から向かう場合、歩道が軒下になってるところが多いのであまり濡れずに到着できる。一階洋服屋の奥にカウンターが有り早く到着しても荷物を預けることができる。ただエレベーターが無いので注意！向かいにコンビニもあるので便利です。 继续
