庭園建築，房間普通但寬敞，旁邊就有好吃的牛肉麵晚上覓食方便，離漫波海灘也近。可惜是小蟲較多，就算聽工作人員的建議不開窗，仍可於房間見到幾隻。 继续

The place is close to Xincheng train station (around 5-7 mins walk) and Xincheng night market. The room is spacious but not the cleanest by our standard (we move one bed and there was a lot of dusts underneath; my allergy was active during our own-night stay here). The view is nice and there’s a balcony and rope where you can dry your clothes. There’s drinking water :) When we checked in our room only had like 10 tissue papers left lol You cannot flush tissue papers down the toilet but are supposed to throw them into a bin next to the toilet.... 😅 Overall a good stay. :) 继续

Perfect lodging for Taroko exploration. Busses to Taroko depart from Xincheng train station, which is a short walk from the Inn. Staff speak English reasonably well. Very clean, comfortable rooms. 继续

The rooms were clean and there were complimentary snacks in the foyer which was a nice touch. HOWEVER my experience with the hotel staff was excruciatingly painful. I booked 2 twin rooms (clearly stated on my email receipt and the hotel checkin form) but received 2 double bed rooms instead. Usually I would not have cared but sharing beds was just not appropriate for the group I was travelling with. I politely explained the situation to the staff but they took no responsibility, stating I had to pay more for twin rooms but that I could call Agoda and ask for a reimbursement - that’s right I called even though it was late and they had 2 staff at the reception and 1 was playing video games! After sitting in the foyer for 40 minutes to get confirmation from Agoda (they were helpful and apologetic) I was finally given the right rooms. It still amazes me how difficult the staff were even though the rooms I wanted were vacant anyways. I think it was a shady scam to get more money. 继续

A bit weird to take off your shoes before entering the lobby, no restaurant to have dinner, good that they helped with calling a taxi . A hotel that I will not come back with my family. 继续
