This is not the hotel in the pictures. No service, no reception, no facilities, no staff, NO Hotel. This is a room on a floor with permanent residences, in an unrenovated, falling apart building. The room was cramped, the bathroom mouldy and old. It was disgusting. We didn’t stay there but was upgraded. Agoda helped, but really has to do something about dodgy operators. DO NOT BOOK! Ring Agoda if you have any issues. 继续
