1.櫃台接待人員語氣需改善
2.房間有霉味,床鋪算乾淨,但地板及房間設施真的需加強,燈具部分不亮,廁所昏暗,還有蟲進住
3.泡湯池夠大,水溫也ok,淋浴設備髒污需清理
4.早餐是現做,清粥加小菜....

房間整潔度非常的差旅費，入住時冰箱有前房客留下的啤酒紙箱，地方有乾掉的隱眼，浴室的燈有一盞不會亮 继续
雖然有提供接駁車，但是一開始訂房人員都沒事先告知。
房間簡單，但不是很乾淨。

燈光太暗
接駁車接送位置講解很不明確，因為第一次來不熟位置，詢問時老闆人非常不耐煩 继续
We stay at room 201 dated 8 Nov 2019, and it became the worst room we ever stay in our travel history. The room is very dirty, and it seems like haunted room where it never seems maintains at all:
1. The carpet is super dusty and smelly like no one stay there for long period of time.
2. The ceiling had the capon and had moth flying around
3. Cockroach found around the hot spring bathing area
4. Bedsheet and pillow is terribly very dirty, and can even see some booger in various places.
5. Toilet bowl like never clean before.
6. When you open the wardrobe, it is super smelly and you can see large amount laminate peel off.
7. The sofa bed looks dirty and we doubt anyone would like to sleep over it.
8. When we engaged the cleaner, his attitude is unwillingly and very poor. He just took another bed sheet from another room and throw to our bed. And the bed that changed also very dirty! Can see large spot of dirty stain at this new bed sheet.
Avoid the hotel and this room at all cost. 继续

私的には、部屋も浴室も十分すぎるほど広く、部屋で温泉を満期するなら
申し分ないホテルです。朝食8:30、定食が付きます。
帰りは、車で下のバス停まで送ってくれ、とても親切です^-^！ 继续
