規定三點可以辦理入住卻在三點多收到訊息希望我延後入住時間，也完全沒有任何補償我為何要接受？第一次遇到這種狀況？ 明明我訂的是四人房飯店人員一開始還安排雙人房給我？？？ 房間的設施很不實用 想要掛個毛巾長度都不夠 晚上水管一直有滴答聲發出來 規定不能穿鞋上樓 發給我們室內拖鞋 但隔天卻收走也沒有在放雙新的 但他們的地板沒有很乾淨啊 整體來說房間一晚不便宜 但完全沒有那個價值 下次絕對不會再入住 继续

房間整潔寬敞，公共區很舒適美觀，非常適合拍照！ 建議房間另設衣架區，放在桌子上方會阻擋擺放空間且無法吊掛長外套。 浴室淋浴乾濕分離不夠徹底，水會從門縫滲透出來。 继续

Pros: Room was very clean, spacious, well lit and tastefully decorated, bathroom was by far the largest we have encountered on our trip (it even has hand soap!), soundproofing is good, provided free Nespresso capsules for your morning coffee, sheets are clean and bed was very comfortable, large windows. Common area was very nicely decorated as well! Free parking for guests :) While no breakfast is provided, there is a very nice local breakfast place selling 葱抓饼 next to parking lot and a Starbucks down the street so plenty of options within walking distance. Cons: Rooms are on the third floor and there is no lift; would not recommend it to those travelling with a lot of luggage as you will have to carry it up three flights of stairs. No dedicated front desk staff - its pretty much DIY after check-in. You will have to check in at the restaurant (also called Les Ombres) and the restaurant staff will bring you to your room. No housekeeping available, but this did not bother us:) Others: Guests have a 10% discount at the restaurant downstairs; they also offer you a 120NTD voucher for use at the restaurant, which serves modern European fare. Ambience was great but food is only so-so and considered pricey for Tainan. 继续
