地板很多刮痕，硬體設備老舊跟網路上的照片有落差、厠所浴室相當的小。 另外很不可思議的是，服務人員在我們已經check in但不在房間內的時候，自行進入我們的房間。 继续

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment and it was simply perfect. Right from a friendly, warm, efficient and fast reception, to a splendid location; and finally a hassle-free checkout. The apartment is reasonable spacious, the rooms are large and beds comfortable. It is surprisingly quiet despite it at the centre of Taipei’s transportation hub. There is also a small kitchen area and a washing machine. There is only one bathroom/toilet and it is clean and everything works fine. Access to the apartment is easy, either from the main road outside or from within Qsquare Mall. So you can move in and out without having to worry about weather conditions outside. It’s location at Taipei Main Station means easy and direct access to all public transportation: buses, MRT, HSR, trains (TRA) and airport MRT. Shopping, bargains and high-ends are practically at the doorsteps, so are food and entertainment outlets. 继续

I've chosen to stay with I.T Service Apartment for my last two trips to Taipei and I've not been disappointed. Great location to public transport and shops, I felt very safe and I'd choose to stay with them when I return to Taipei again! I'd choose them for my next trip for sure! 继续

The apartment was located above the mall above Main Taipei Station which was pretty convenient for us, as we had young kids and used the metro frequently during our stay. The mall has an extensive food court and convenience options. It’s also within walking distance of Peace Park which has a great playground. The apartment staff were very helpful, though communicating in English was sometimes difficult. The apartment is very convenient, with a mini kitchen so we could cut our own fruit for breakfast and have clean dishes when we returned from an outing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. 继续
