愛客發已經入住好幾次 之前每次都很滿意 但這次感覺到客服人員態度很不友善 明白客人要求的酒店不是完全能配合 但客服人員的態度十分不友善 感覺並不想幫客人解決 身邊朋友每年都入住好幾次 但經過這次身邊朋友都決定不要再入住 继续

隔音差，電視接收不太好，早餐普通 继续
房間隔音設施勁差，係房間可以聽到隔離房間開工開燈既聲，又可以聽到電梯每層停既聲，噪到訓唔到，一晚幾十次電梯聲！！ 房間衛生勁唔好，最後一晚入住仲有一只手指咁大既蟑螂係房間度爬黎爬去，打又唔死！搞到成晚唔敢訓！Horrible!!! Won’t come back to this hotel anymore!! 继续
被鋪上有污跡，毛巾很舊，房間濕氣很重，很不衛生的感覺，不知道為什麼那麼多好評 继续

Second consecutive year stay here. Suprisingly they took away complimentary breakfast this year, which is no big deal for me but neighboring hotels with similar price range provided. Specified not to assigned room next to lift due to thin wall & noise, but was assigned one when checked in. Luckily second day able to change to different room. The laundry dryer machine was programmed to automatically shutdown when warm which result in waste of time. Complaint to front desk but was told owner & management decision. Luckily there are club laundry shop close by to dry laundry. Will try out other hotel next year due to bad experiences this stay. 继续

Near to Ximen MRT, Ximending shopping area and street food. Clean room and bathroom. Nice small hotel with free laundry services. Breakfast buffet is mostly noodles. 继续

The location is great, in the center of Ximending. Free coffee machines, laundry facilities. But the staff is terrible. They do not want to help, their default answer is "I don't know", but their tone sounds "I don't care on your question, stop bothering me". And it is not just one person, at least 3 I asked. Were thinking it's Taiwanese style, but I met other kind of receptionist in other hotel. 继续

Located just on the fringe of Ximending, so you have the ease of walking to the bustling streets, but don't have to suffer the noise and crowds from it. 继续

Eventhough the hotel is kinda of old compare to the new sister property next block, the double room & toilet is spacious & clean. There is even mini refrigerator in room & kettle. The mattress however need to change already as its quite old. Washing & drying machines & facility provided free of charge at the lobby. Breakfast selection at sister property next block is unexpectedly nice, eventhough I only ate there on my last morning there before check out. 继续
