這次竟發生這次遭遇，一抵達民宿閘外已看見閘前張貼最後通牒的剪電通知，屋主已由6月起沒交電費，要在8月9日前繳交，否則8月10日會被斷電。我們是8月12日才入住。心知不妙，已馬上通知對方，對方只不停說沒關係，沒影響。8月13日一大清早，我們被電力公司人員吵醒，催促我們代為繳交，否則會被斷電。我們不肯，他馬上剪電， 簡直尤如黑店。並不是我們想自行取消訂單，而是屋主的卑劣手法，害得人家沒電，只管哄騙人家要一直等恢復電力。我們一家大小突然發現屋內漆黑一遍，嚇得驚惶失惜。若然是繼續等，不知等到何時了，我們是來旅遊的，不是要替他繳交電費的。這次事情是他故意的，是人為的(因一早已通知他)，還嚴重打亂我們的行程。 继续

離西門町站6號出口2分鐘路程 , 樓下好多食店 , 位置非常好 , 房間比酒店房大 , 係舊樓劏開拾幾間细房 , 週邊環境不理想 , 部份設施破損 , 三人房只有一條門匙 , 不適合分頭活動 , 可以的話 , 建議俾多少少錢住好D 继续

环境舒适，适合一家人入住，设备齐全。意想不到的是竟然有洗衣机，住两天，方便洗一些小衣。坐落在西门町商区，走下楼就是热闹的市集，可以逛到1am。交通方便，强推荐！清洁方面，建议业者加强一点点而已。 继续

房间很小，虽然说是6人房，可是每个人带一个行李箱就完全没有地方走路了~而且其中一个是沙发床，睡到腰酸背痛的~地点是在于西门町，很方便购物。房间里面有洗衣机，方便客人不必带那么多衣服来旅行。唯一缺点，没有room service .... 继续

今天要从高雄回马来西亚了。这次来到台北好高兴，租了一间很大很漂亮干净，又有特色的房子，地点在西门町很方便，一到两分钟可到捷运站。房主Rex超caring，亲切及friendly,给了我好多资料，好关心房客。下次会再来找他。谢谢您 -秀雯 Renee- Malaysia 继续

First of all, the toilet was....... (I couldn't find a words to describe it), it is smelly to the MAX level. We even bought fragrance spray to kill the smelly smell. Oh ya, luckily we brought our own towel, the towel provided is very smelly too. We stayed 4 nights here, only ONE box of tissue for this total 4 nights, when we asked for another box of tissue, the host said we only provide one box of tissue. No cleaning for this 4 days stays. Definitely will NOT recommend friend to stay here. NO MORE NEXT TIME!!!! 继续

generally not recommended as cleaniness not there queen bed and a sofa bed provided But the materess cover has to be rewashed by myself prior sleep waited for an hour for someone to guide me to the room 继续

This is not a hotel, the Host has many units in different apartment buildings in many locations. When you book, ask for the location. I booked this listing cos it indicated Ximending in the map but on check-in date was advised by Host to check in at another place in Wanhua district which totally ruined our mood! Ended up pay extra 4000 NT for 5 days stay just to check in at Emei St. Unit was big and able to accomodate 5 pax! Can wash clothes and very good location! 继续

At the heart of Ximending, very convenient to go to travel as near mrt and lots of good food nearby. room was big well decorated and well cleaned. had some issue with how the water heater works but overall very good 继续

We booked a room near Ximending,then was told to move to another apartment near train station. Location is good,very convenient but room is old. Cleanliness n facilities are so so.. Maindoor's lock only one is functioning n it's always stucking.don't feel safe. It upset my mum.. 继续
