飯店的門面頗大， 不知道是否是受2019新冠狀病毒的影響而顯得非常冷清， 連早餐都只是在櫃檯選擇外面早餐店的早餐。 飯店整體而言感覺較為老舊， 清潔狀況一般，地毯比較需要加強。設備還不錯，寢具蠻舒適的，地點也不錯。 继续

還沒九點蒸籠已經沒插電，裡面充滿水氣，裡面饅頭冷的，好像輕微發黴。 烤吐司機也不插電，誰知道怎麼用。最扯的是，吐司兩排，停滿細小的飛蟲，就是那種會停水果上的小蟲。 這種品質，真懷疑是不是提供過期品給客人吃，太誇張。 另外，明明訂房網站的條件很清楚，服務人員卻打來告知價位與房間條件不符= =，不過最後還是有換了符合原條件的房間，還更大間。訂房條件上架前，請再確認，不要困擾客人。 继续

距離夜市走路約10-15分鐘，附近有全聯很方便採購零食，但車子停放在門口自用停車場，要求留下車鑰匙，第二天早上還沒到退房時間就接到電話說櫃台小姐不會開車，要麻煩我們幫忙移車，前晚跨年晚睡已經很疲倦，還要一早被打擾，覺得不太開心 继续

1.衛浴清潔度不夠,看的出地板有髒污,角落尤其嚴重,還有異味.... 2.早上未退房,行李還在房內(只是先到下用早餐),回到房間時發現房門己被打開,我們在房內整理行李時房門又再度被打開,是清潔人員用萬用鑰匙打開的,這情形怎麼會在4星級的飯店發生... 3.床舖上方有滲水,有些壁癌,好噁~ 4.不知是不是透過這裡訂房所以才被分配到較差的房間 继续

Not recommended for those traveling with infant or child. I was in a non smoking floor but somehow there were people smoking inside the room. The smell is everywhere in the hallway. Good thing is staff do take matter by confronting to the smoker guest. And they re-confirm to us that they have taken care of the problem. Staff is the best 继续

Room size are big. Free breakfast has good variety of items. Many stores around the hotel. The bathroom needs some improvement. It will be nice to have shower curtain, so the floor won't be wet. Overall it's good value for staying here. 继续

- no heat in the room, and no one was able to fix it, so it was very cold - no hot water unless you run the taps for over fifteen minutes - very difficult, usually impossible, to access wifi - very noisy groups of tourists come into the hotel late in the evening, and won't be quiet despite repeated requests - large tour groups are rude and monopolize the breakfast areas in the mornings - staff could not check us in or access our booking when we arrived as they said "only the manager knows about bookings" - staff speaks very little ENglish - there used to be a washing machine for laundry in the hotel, and it is no longer there. They need to have laundry facilities for guests. - it was very expensive stay, poor value for the money, considering the above issues 继续

the location is fine, not far from the train station. location is quite. however lots of Chinese traveller makes the hotel very noisy from time to time, but not all the time.inside the room is great, big bed, big tv, warm water takes a bit time to get reall warm 继续

台鉄の最寄り駅から歩けば10分とタクシーの運転手から断られるか否かの微妙な距離(笑) それぐらい桃園都心部なので観光や桃園空港へのアクセスは良かったです。 スタッフも日本語ができる方がいましたし、親切でした。 唯一の欠点はあまり朝食が美味しくなかったことか 继续
